Payment details

When we receive your order form with a valid order number and invoice address we can process your registration.   An invoice will be raised by the University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of the Scheme. Orders received during the April-March period will have prices adjusted pro rata.    All payments should be paid as soon as possible.
 
Participants receive re-registration documents in February for the April to March period. Follow-up letters are issued at the end of May where no order has been received from participants still returning results. 
All payments should be received by the end of June otherwise, where payment is still outstanding and no contact with the Scheme has been made, trial dispatch is terminated.
