EQA packages from CQAS may be purchased to suit the requirements and repertoire of your individual laboratory. You can register for all packages or just one.
Interested in PT/APTT/Fibrinogen but not blood count? Register for package QA2A.
Have 3 blood count analyers for which a 3ml sample is sufficient? Register all 3 for the cost of package QA2B.
Perform factor VIII and IX assays but not VWF:Ag/VWF:Ro? Perform factor VIII and IX assays and VWF:Ag but not VWF:Ro? Register for package QA4, register for what you perform.
Registration runs from April to March but packages can be ordered at any time and the cost adjusted on a pro rata basis.
Packages 1 to 8 have been accredited by CPA (EQA) UK Ltd.
Package 9; Lupus Anticoagulant Please note this package was new for 2011 (CPA accreditation expected 2012).
